 · Those who experienced a Bankruptcy, Foreclosure or Short Sale event where the discharge date was at least 11 months ago.
 · Where the Derogatory Event was caused by a loss of income due to Loss of Job, Death of a Spouse, or other event beyond their control.
 · Where the loss of income was 20% or more and lasted 6 months or more.
